Terex has a large footprint in Northern Ireland, operating across eight locations and employ over 2,000 team members. We are committed to ensuring that our team members thrive personally and professionally.
Through programs like our Affinity Groups, Women@Terex, Mentorships, and a variety of learning and development programs, we strive to create an inclusive environment where all team members feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
We are actively working to increase representation of women in our workplace because women are often underrepresented in manufacturing organizations. We are making excellent progress, and supporting women through mentoring, training, and development. We also use our talent development process to identify qualified women for their next role(s) within our organization. Find out more about some of our female team members below.
