The Terex Leadership Development Programs (TLDP) are designed to help you build essential leadership and technical skills through rotational assignments, training, coaching, and mentoring. These programs are open to early-career candidates with an interest in cross-functional experience and the manufacturing industry.

The Genie Leadership Development Program (GLDP) is a three-year rotational program designed to fast-track early career professionals into leadership and general management roles across the organization. Unlike other development tracks, the GLDP equips participants to grow into future leaders in any function. Participants complete three 12-month assignments in manufacturing operations, sales, and product management. Upon successful completion, graduates are placed into manager-level roles. The program is open to all majors, and relocation across the U.S. is expected.
The Genie Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a three-year rotational program designed for early career candidates to develop a foundational understanding of engineering at Genie and to contribute to the technology strategy. Participants will complete three 12-month rotations in manufacturing, design engineering and technology. Upon successful completion, candidates transition into a full-time engineering role within the organization. Ideal candidates have a background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, and/or robotics. Relocation within Washington State is expected throughout the program.
